1. Who we are
Spinbob is licensed and regulated to provide online gambling to customers in Great Britain. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean the Spinbob operating company. References to “you” mean the registered account holder.
2. Eligibility

- You may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed.

3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Tell us straight away if you believe someone else has accessed your account. You can set deposit, loss and session limits, take a break or self-exclude from the account menu or through live chat.
4. Deposits and withdrawals

- Weekly cashback is paid in cash with no wagering. Friday reload spins carry 10x wagering and expire after 3 days.
- You may cancel a bonus at any time from your account; any bonus funds and associated winnings are then removed, but your own deposited money is always yours to withdraw.
6. Fair play
All games use independently tested random number generators. We may void bets placed through software faults, collusion or fraud, and we may close accounts that break these terms.
7. Complaints
Contact our support team through live chat or email first. If we cannot resolve your complaint within eight weeks, you may refer it to our independent alternative dispute resolution provider, free of charge.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are notified by email or on login, and continued use of the site after notice means you accept the new terms.
